Velo Bling Designs stands by our jewelry and wants you to be 100% satisfied with all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns after 30 days and up to 90 days after purchase will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Velo Bling Designs, if product was damaged from normal wear and tear.
Before you return any item to VeloBling for a return, exchange, or repair you must email email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number and return form.
- Print and fill out the return form then enclose it with the item(s) you wish to return. If you are unable to print this form, please include a note with the Return Authorization Number, your name, return address and a day time phone number, the item you are sending back, and why you would like to return, exchange, replace or have the item repaired.
- We can not be responsible for packages until we receive them, so please return your item using a method that can be tracked by your parcel carrier.
- Please make sure you have the correct address on your order as we can not be responsible for lost returns due to an incorrect address.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back but we will pay the shipping cost to return the item to you.
- Velo Bling Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
- Velo Bling Designs reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason.

We stand 100% behind our products. If for some reason the items you purchase do not work for your customers, we are happy to exchange them for any other wholesale item. Just contact us within 45 days and let us know what items you would like to exchange, and we will confirm the exchange with a 15% restocking fee. Then ship the items back to us in their original packaging and we will pay the shipping of the new items back to you.
